Rental Conditions
Stay : All rentals begin on Saturday at 4 p.m. and end on Saturday at 10 a.m.
Payment :
– 30% down payment at the booking and the balance at your arrival
– Security deposit is 2000 € is obligatory and to be done at your arrival
– Restitution of the deposit is within 10 days after the end of the stay.
Final Cleaning :
The cost of the final cleaning is 250 €. Please keep the chalet I decent state during the week. If you don’t take this option, you should do the final cleaning yourself and leave the chalet perfectly clean. Otherwise, this amount will be imputed from the security deposit.
Entry and Exit inventory : Entry and Exit Inventory will be done at your arrival and your leaving.
Tourist Tax : This Tax is included in the rental price.
